When will my order ship?
In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This means your item may take a few weeks to ship. We will keep you updated on your order status, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it is available.

How do I contact you?
You can email us at team@rockabillythreads.com. All inquiries are answered within 24 hours, and most are much faster than that!

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you received a defective item, please contact us to receive a refund or replacement. If your item was damaged in the mail, we can assist you in filing a claim with the post office or shipping company.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Many of our items have a size chart listed on the page. If you’re unsure, please contact us prior to ordering and we can help you choose the correct size. From my experience, most companies tend to run small, so I would order 1-2 sizes larger to be safe.
